He heard all my ideas and workshopped with me to stay in budget to create a sign more spectacular than my dreams! He thought of everything- he included hanging hardware, built a custom box to ship it with a screwdriver to open the box, & he even mailed a sample piece of wood so we could see what color marker we wanted everyone to sign with.
